El sacerdote falleció luego de ser embestido por un vehículo pesado en marcha, en un hecho ocurrido en La Vega.
Se trata del padre Francisco de León Almánzar, quien pertenecía a la Parroquia Santa Mónica en Santo Domingo Este.
